To help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you review and follow the house rules below.

General Rules

 

 

• Must be 21+ to book

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM

• Please respect neighbors and surrounding properties

No Parties or Events

 

 

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless approved in advance.

 

Unauthorized parties or events may result in:

• Immediate termination of stay

• Additional fees

• Loss of security deposit

 

 

 

 

No Smoking

 

 

This is a strictly non-smoking property.

 

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property.

 

Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee for cleaning and odor removal.

 

 

 

 

Guest Limit

 

 

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

 

Unauthorized guests may result in:

• Additional fees

• Cancellation of stay

 

 

 

 

Pets

 

 

Up to 2 small dogs are allowed per stay.

 

• $150 per dog per stay

• Must be added to reservation prior to arrival

• Undisclosed pets will result in additional fees

 

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

 

 

 

 

Pool & Outdoor Areas

 

 

• Use pool and spa at your own risk

• No glass near the pool

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Please turn off outdoor lights and features when not in use

 

 

 

 

Damages

 

 

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

 

A refundable security deposit may be required for direct bookings.

 

 

 

 

Security & Safety

 

 

For safety purposes:

 

• Exterior security cameras may be present

• No cameras inside the home

• Tampering with security devices is not permitted

 

 

 

 

Check-In / Check-Out

 

 

• Check-in: 4 PM

• Check-out: 10 AM

 

Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may result in additional fees.

 

 

 

 

House Rules Enforcement

 

 

To ensure a comfortable stay and protect the property, guests are expected to follow all house rules. Violation of house rules may result in additional fees, loss of security deposit, or termination of the reservation.

 

The following fees may apply:

 

• Smoking inside the home or on the property: $500 fee

• Unauthorized parties or events: $500+ depending on severity

• Unauthorized guests beyond reservation: $250–$500

• Undisclosed pets: $250–$500

• Excessive cleaning or damage: based on actual cost

 

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

 

By booking directly, guests agree to follow all house rules and authorize charges for violations if necessary.
